Exercising is very confusing to some people. The reason for this is they never grasp the basic exercises first before trying to rush into the more complicated ones.   Let's look at the basic exercises:

SQUATS

BARBELL CURLS

SIT-UPS

These are your seven basic exercises.  Learn to execute each exercise with good techniques and you will be on your way to a fitter and stronger body.

Don't forget to incorporate CV (cardiovascular exercise) into your workout as well!
