How To Do It
Place a medium weight barbell on the floor and stand in front of it with feet set shoulder width apart.  Stand in the “Get Setposition.
Take an under hand grip on the bar with your hands set 3 – 4” wider on each side than your shoulders.  Raise the bar until you are standing upright.
Stand in neutral alignment with arms down by your sides and the bar resting across your upper thighs.
Use the biceps to slowly curl the barbell up in an arc from your thighs to just beneath your chin. Repeat

Technique
Pin your upper arms to the side of your rib cage and keep them fixed in this position as you perform the exercise.
Keep wrists straight throughout the movement.
 Do not allow your torso to sway back and forward.
 Keep the head up straight.
 Breathe in on the effort.
