Non-meat (fish) sources of linolenic acid include canola oil, soya beans, flaxseed, walnuts, and wheat germ (non-fish sources DON'T give you EPA and DHA -- you'd have to take them as supplements too, or assume that your body was making enough of them from the extra linolenic acid).
